We can now also search for trade mark applications in the register of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office before they are published in the Official Trade Mark Journal.

We search for you under identity and extended identity (backgroung search ) and under trade mark proprietors .
As a similarity search , we designate the search according to a sequence of letters, as a complete word, a prefix, suffix or interim syllable.
A search in Germany covers DE trade marks, existing DD trade marks, IR trade marks designating Germany, and EU trade marks. Additionally, the following countries, for example, can be searched: Benelux, Denmark, France, Italy, Canada, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA, Spain, Poland, Finland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Norway, Sweden, IR trade marks. Searches can be restricted to classes of goods.
